Our Kids ministry provides a safe and fun place where your young child will be introduced to Jesus in a way that they can understand. From the very beginning our volunteers begin to share these basic truths with your child through songs, stories, games and art each week they come to class: God Made Me, God Loves Me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever.

It’s clear in scripture that God ordained parents to be the primary faith influencers for their children. Our goal at Reach Church Paola is to partner with you by providing a safe and engaging environment where children can develop a foundation of faith and a life-long love for Jesus.

Each week your kids will be introduced to a new lesson from our High Voltage curriculum. These lessons are interactive, engaging, and are designed to teach children how to apply biblical truths to their daily lives.

Biblical truths are communicated using a variety of teaching methods including songs, videos, skits, storytelling, scripture memory, games, and more.

Our goal is that every child leaves each Sunday not only knowing more about the Bible, but also knowing more about Jesus, His love for them, and how to live out their faith.     

Volunteer Opportunities

Classroom Volunteers

Our Kids Ministry Volunteer team is made up of adults and youth that love young children and want to help kids learn these three basic truths: God Made Me, God Loves Me, Jesus Wants to be my Friend Forever. Each week we use songs, games, crafts, stories and sensory activities to share basic Biblical truths and stories. As a classroom volunteer you will receive an email each week you serve outlining what our lesson and activities will be for the upcoming Sunday so you can read it over before you come. When you arrive in your classroom, all the activities and supplies will be ready for you so you can jump in and have fun interacting with the kids. When you say YES to serving with the Kids Ministry team, you say yes to lots of hugs, high-fives, giggles and silly stories. Will you join us?

Prep & Set Up Team

There are many ways to serve that don’t actually involve kids! Lots of cutting, counting, sorting and prepping goes into getting each week’s Kids Ministry lesson ready. We have a team of adults that help with a variety of prep tasks behind the scenes each week. We would love to help you find a place to get involved.
