Society mocks it. Scripture commands it. But once you’ve experienced the power of prayer in your life you can’t help but treat it as a precious priority.

We read in the book of Acts that the early church began with a group of believers coming together for prayer, and the same can be said of Reach Church Paola. Long before we held our first Sunday service, and even before we had plumbing or air conditioning in our building, a small group, united in faith, came together on a Monday night and prayed. We praised God for what He had already done, and we sought His guidance for what comes next. We brought our cares and concerns before the Lord, and we interceded on behalf of others. God was faithful to hear our prayers, and His answers exceeded our greatest ask.

Monday nights have been devoted to corporate prayer ever since, and we invite you to join us for our next meeting so you can experience the blessing of fellowship with God and the privilege we share in prayer.
